All questions were answered via email promptly and again - no chasing required (which as we know is quite common place when buying a house)!

I have used many conveyancers in the past - some are good, some are exceptional and some are really bad.

Based on my experience, TLP are exceptional. Amina was allocated to our case in respect of a sale. Everything went smoothly and completion took place earlier today.

Our house sale was a long process (about 9 months) with many twists and turns and The Law Partnership dealt with it all quickly and professionally. They were very responsive when they needed to be (close to exchange). In fact I was asked to chase them by my estate agent a couple of times and they'd already done the thing that I was chasing them for. There was a couple of minor niggles though:
They have an on-line progress tracking system but I found that they didn't update this unless I spoke to them to find out why something hadn't happened, i.e. they'd done the task but not updated the tracking system. Once I stopped using the tracking system - everything was fine.
They also seemed to pass a lot of the enquires made by the buyer's solicitor over to me without dealing with them themselves. I don't remember as much of this with previous house sales but it could be that the buyer's solicitor was picky. The extra work was worth it for the reduced price so this isn't a big complaint.
