The website didn’t work and normally I get a big packet of silverneedle tea but the order misfired and I ended up with a small packet. I had call you up to see if my order had gone through as I saw it went out of my bank account but didn’t get an email confirming. However delivery was really fast and arrived the next day. Your website has been a bit dodgy and not user friendly. So when I called I was told you’re getting a new one which should better, I hope.

The teas I ordered turned up within 2 days and were exactly as described on the website. They are delicious 😋. The only reason I have not given 5 stars is the price which I find expensive and means I can only purchase once or twice a year.
