I always am weary of submitting an online form for support, since I've found much more success in talking on the phone to resolve an issue, especially when it comes to a large ticketing service. But the response time from the team at Tixr was so fast I thought I was seeing things! Ordered 3 tickets for nascar, never showed me that one of the seats was split by a stairway away from the other 2. No contact info, no customer arrive contact and no way on the app or website to easily just sell them.

Bought tickets for a Matt Rife comedy show in Halifax, using Tixr. In June the show was cancelled, and I requested a refund right away. It's now September, and still no refund. A quick Google search shows that nobody got their refunds. It seems as though Tixr and Great Outdoor Comedy Festival are scams! Avoid, avoid, avoid!

When we couldn’t figure out how to download our tickets, I emailed the support center. The next morning, I opened an email with my tickets in a PDF, Instead of a bunch of text telling me how to access their help center.

I had a concert that I bought tickets to but had accidentally typed in the wrong email address when creating an account. After sending an email requesting for help and providing proof of payment, they fixed within a couple of hours. Mind you, I bought those tickets day of the concert so if they had not been so quick I would not have made it to the concert. Very helpful people!

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a ticket booking company - and I have used many. I purchased tickets for a concert in Dillon Colorado months ago. The tickets still haven't arrived and I need to drive 4 hours to this venue. I finally received the email just 5 hours prior to the concert time- the tickets show that they were being transferred to me - not by the company - but by the name of an individual I didn't recognize. When I tried to get assistance with their bot - my questions never got answered. It just kept me in a loop. I still don't have the transferred tickets in my account or wallet. Concert in 4 hours with a 4 hour drive time.
