Lisa is always pleasant and helpful…she is always on the ball and tells me everything I need to know especially now this new passport malarkey has come in Lisa told me what to expect and that there may be a line up getting through

I’ve booked a number of holidays with her now and it’s always been the same friendly and efficient service.

She looks for and gets you exactly what you want and is also honest in her service and will tell you when she can’t beat a price.

She sends friendly reminders to take all the hassle out of the build up to a holiday etc.

She’s the only travel agent I now deal with and recommend her to many, I can’t recommend her enough!

A world class service from start to finish.Lisa takes a lot of the stressful work from holiday booking away from you so you can concentrate on getting your own personal things right, she even reminds you of the finer points from travel requirements to the all important “don’t forget” items. I am so happy i chose to book my holiday through Lisa, It was so simple to book and took out all the time and stress out of the booking process, we had an amazing stay in disney land Paris it was everything we asked for and it was so much easier having Lisa check in for us, send us our boarding passes ect, and even booked our airport parking and fast passes, Her knowledge and attention to detail of every part of the booking process was fantastic and i couldn't recommend Lisa more, I have already booked a second holiday and its a game changer, no stress at all and she found us the perfect holiday again!
