Atique gave me training on repeat flow. "I've used Titan for a couple of years now, and I can confidently say it's the best PMR system I've worked with to date. We previously used ProScript and RxWeb, but Titan stands out as far superior in terms of functionality, user experience, and overall efficiency.
The PMR system has significantly freed up my time, enabling me to offer both NHS and private services—something I don't believe would have been possible without Titan. They are constantly introducing new, optional services, many of which we've adopted. As a result, we've seen noticeable improvements in both revenue and operational efficiency.

The new apps on titan are brilliant, the fridge log and titan 2.0 ai are very useful tools we have been using them for a little over 2 weeks now and it has made things so much easier. The fridge log you can scan with the edo and enter on there dont need to go on a PC anymore so much quicker much more efficient. Nas from titan explained it all in detail making it much easier for us all to use the new apps. Thanks again Nas!!

Coming on to a year with TITAN, mega impressed with the continuous improvements to the system. Titan listen to customers and implement. Fridge-Log is now available, and Patients Insights are going to be extremely useful - Stock management and plenty more in the works. Previous PMRs literally sat on what they had - with TITAN every other week there's an update bringing exciting new features. Titan Ai replaces Titan X - looking forward to this once full use is available! - Annual call from Nas keeps me up to date with all the latest new apps and makes sure we are making the most of the system. Thanks once again!

Great network of friendly/helpful and informative team members. Also - a very good PMR system making operations within the pharmacies so much better. We recently launched a 5th branch, and Nour/Bhav were excellent with the launch & team and responsive to any initial issues etc which mya have arisen.

Had a face to face training session with Nas, great experience and very benefical. Nas was amazing at explaining everything we needed to know and went through a step by step process on how to effectively use Titan. Nas has been very helpful to all the team and made sure everyone knew everything about Titan before the end of the day. I defiantley am feeling alot more confident in using Titan after this session. Nas has been absolutely amazing and fantastic in teaching Titan. 10/10 for her hardwork and effort and mostly her time she gave us all. Very polite and well spoken. We had TITAN installed before Christmas 2024 and naturally we as a team were nervous trying to implement a new system at the busiest time of the year. However the implementation team and Ashley in particular were fantastic and the help we received was amazing. The system has made our pharmacy much more efficient and me as the pharmacist and the whole team are so happy. Amazing workflow, great interface and very user friendly. The support team are so fast in picking up the phone too. Overall an amazing change to our pharmacy and the way we work.
