Our move over to Titan has been seamless thanks especially to Nour who has been so attentive and patient. This has resulted in staff feeling confident and empowered. All are amazed at how Titan is going to help us and cannot wait to use more and more of it's features and apps. Nothing was rushed and we are made to feel part of the Titan family.

Maj in particular was a star very helpful at every part of our implementation journey with Titan, hopefully we will be implementing soon with our other branch and will be requesting help from Maj again.

The transition between our old PMR system and Titan has been made easy by the support we have had from staff members instore and remotely. I think that the system will enable us to work more efficiently and provide a better service to our patients. Hopefully the more we use Titan the more it will benefit our daily work life in a positive way. So far, so good!

I have had a outstanding experience with two team members from titan. Nas and Saj. They both are highly professional and go the extra mile. Nothing is too much for them, especially Nas. She is a absolute Star! Her exceptional dedication, work ethic, deep understanding of customers needs go beyond her job description. I would recommend giving her a huge bonus! She deserves it.

Just before I visit them at The Pharmacy Show today, I wanted to send out this message…

We have recently changed to Titan and must say the team are so helpful, especially Maj. Any questions we have needed answering he has been there to help.
They are all very friendly and easy to talk to, we wouldn't have got through it with them.

We've just gone through our first month with Titan and the whole implementation team could not have been more helpful. Noor has done a brilliant job helping, supporting and guiding us through the process and Christian has really gone the extra mile to sort out some of the IT problems we experienced especially in the transition of data from our previous software supplier. It's early days, but so far it's looking good!

Just had Titan recently installed, and all I can say is it's a game changer.

Makes day to day to tasks a lot easier. As with anything takes some time to get your head around it but you can just see the capabilities it has once we get used to it. It can simplify tasks and the UI is high quality.

Nas and Maj have been amazing but an extra shout out to Nas (sorry Maj). The way she goes through everything step by step and has indepth knowledge of the system and she is very patient and won't leave until we've understood and are confident with it all.

Would definitely recommend this PMR system and glad this is what we've gone for.

Another amazing installation in record time, The guys at Titan were brilliant we gave them very little notice but they pulled out all the stops and got our PMR ready for us, seamless data migration, full support on the installation. And this review is coming from a previous Proscript fanatic, thank god we chose Titan.

Titan PMR is the way forward in pharmacy
As a clinically sound pharmacist are required their skills to be utilised in patients focus services such as IP, pharmacy First in order to take time off from checking and ticking boxes you need a Titan PMR system to utilises pharmacist clinical skills and knowledge to provide face to face service to a patient.

Having worked with several PMR providers over the years I have to say Titan does things well. The implementation team can not be faulted. Maj and Nas have gone above and beyond to cater and be flexible to the needs of my staff and I. I have found the customer service to be the quickest of any PMR provider I have worked with.
The system itself can not be faulted they have taken the old pharmacy dispensing process and turned it on its head. The intuitive system built has clearly been well thought out and researched.
Looking forward to working with the Titan team for many years to come.

I've been using Titan PMR for over three years now, and it has truly transformed our pharmacy operations. The system has significantly freed up our pharmacist's time, allowing them to focus on essential services, stock management, and other crucial business tasks.

It's astonishing that many pharmacies still rely on manual checks for dispensing accuracy. Titan PMR completely changes the game, bringing the dispensing process into the 21st century. Since adopting Titan, we haven't experienced a single error, which speaks volumes about its accuracy and reliability.

The end-of-month claiming process, which used to be a time-consuming chore, now takes just 10-15 minutes. Everything is automated and accurate, eliminating the need for tedious NHS admin work. This flexibility means you can even opt for second-hand equipment if budget is a concern, and Titan PMR will take care of the rest.

Switching to Titan PMR may require some adjustments, but it's well worth it. Our staff love it, and it has undoubtedly improved our overall efficiency and accuracy.
