I ordered a lightbar and pillars from Titan. The pillars did not sit flat to the windshield so I contacted Titan multiple times to no avail. I finally had to buy them through a different site. Don't buy from Titan !!! They should be removed from the internet.
This website has done nothing but give me the run around. I paid for a hood vent and never received it (10 months later). The item was on backorder so i waited, now i have no response on emails no calls nothing! Im past being able get my money back from my bank so i guess im SOL. Save yourselves and stay away from TITAN OFFROAD!

This place is a scam and will ghost you. I ordered a hood from them. Their website says it will ship in 1-4 days. Today is 12 days later. I sent them emails at the 5 day mark asking for shipping info. An automated reponse says they will get back to me in 24 hours. They never do. The only phone number on their website is an international number to Toronto Canda and goes to a guy, not a business, who doesn't return calls anyway. Once you order, you will NEVER hear from this "company" again. Fortunately I paid with credit and disputed the charge and got my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM TITAN OFFROAD!
Ordered headlights that were supposed to fit mine 2019 JL. Once I started installing it the holes didn't line up. Called customer service and they refused to refund my money due to the fact I already tried installing it. I was told I should have looked at it before installing it to ensure it fits.
