Scam Company?

Dear Sir or Madam,
After consulting my lawyer, I hereby request that you:
1. Ship the order dated June 23, 2025, with order number HKLOBAZJO, for the amount of €143.42, paid on June 23, 2025!
And
2. For the order dated June 25, 2025, with order number GKSARAIWX, for the amount of €234.26, paid on July 14, 2025, please clarify any queries from customs and arrange for onward transport!
I hereby officially request that you ship the first order, HKLOBAZJO, by August 4, 2025, and provide binding feedback for the second order, GKSARAIWX with the same Deadline.
If you fail to comply, I will take legal action. Alternatively, you can refund the amount of €377.68 by August 4, 2025, upon receipt in my account!

Very disappointing! On June 23, 2025, I placed and paid for the order with the reference HKLOBAZJO.
So far, no response to my multiple emails! Calls went to a private person who had nothing to do with Tissens...
From what it looks like so far, Tissens is a scam company!! Be careful!! Money gone, no product received...

À ce jour, aucune réponse à mes multiples e-mails ! Les appels ont été adressés à une personne privée qui n'avait rien à voir avec Tissens...
D'après ce qu'il semble pour l'instant, Tissens est une arnaque ! Soyez prudents ! Argent perdu, aucun produit reçu...
