Poor customer service, poor quality
I placed the order directly from Tisscare website in the US and I got the order on time.
However, the product was not of a good quality and it hurt the feet when tried it on. When I asked for return, I had to bear the shipping expense (over 40$) and still haven’t received any partial refund of the product.
The customer service is extremely slow in replying to emails. Please improve the customer service experience or do not sell your products on your website.

You're sending my order to the wrong address.
After 2-hours on the phone, I located the package at a UPS warehouse. I couldn't change the address because UPS said only you can. Well, I can't get in touch with you. So, I had to make two 3-hour round trips, total 6-hours, of driving, to pick up the package To top it off, it's 4-days late for a Christmas present for my wife. Your service and support is bad, very bad...it's not only bad, it doesn't exist. I will never, ever order from you again.

I contacted support about it and they sent me a replacement unit right away.

No responses
No responses. I tried the product for 1 week after getting it and was not impressed or happy with it. I went to the website and emailed the company email provided - No response. I called the number provided. I get some automated voice mail, no person, no personal response, nothing. I had to contact my credit card company to dispute purchase since they won't respond or take their product back.

A nice gift for yourself and someone special
I've been experiencing foot pain so I brought myself this in hopes it would help. I feel like it does help. So I try to be consistent with using it. It's a nice little treat

Best massage ever!
Decent unit but turns off and on on its own
The unit is nice and helpful for sore feet. However, it shuts itself off mid cycle and if turned off and plugged in, turns itself on intermittently. I wrote to them immediately and sent iPhone videos but they said they couldn’t view the videos and stopped writing back.
