Left in the dark with no tire and time wasted

Paid for overnight delivery as I desperately needed the tire and it took 5 days for delivery attempt to be made. In fairness I missed it however the next day I waited all day for it and they said they tried to deliver it but I wasn’t in at 12:17. At 12:17 I was in the front room of my house and no attempt was made. No telephone lines etc to contact either the postal company nor Tire Streets. Very poor service and no way to resolve it leaving me feeling scammed.

Ordered 8 tires

Ordered 8 tires. 1 of the tires was 5 years older than the others. Emailed them and they swapped it for a tire with same date as all the others next day. Helpful email customer service.
