I was sent 4 year old tires
I was sent 4 year old tires. Aged out and rock hard. My shop wouldn’t even mount. Customer service wasn’t helpful. Ended up buying a set of tires elsewhere and eating the cost.
I own a used car dealership and buy 50-100 sets of tires per year. This was my first experience and my last with this company.
Edit: No one reached out. The only communication, was me sending the tires back and eating some of the cost. I cut holes into each sidewall, and tossed them away so no one else could use them.

This was a great experience for buying tires. So easy and fast. For someone who has little time for going to the store to purchase anything, online shopping is my saving grace. With a tire purchase being a bigger purchase than typical grocery purchases, I was a bit skeptical, but I was definitely impressed. I don't say that lightly either.
The prices are great, the delivery service with delivery to your home or place where they will perform your service that's a really great convenience.
