They do great at selling your tickets!! But there is a catch!
This is my second year dealing with them for my NFL tickets. They do great at selling your tickets. Like really great - but at what cost?

The fees are high - like really high. They sell your tickets because they are selling them cheaper than other sites.
I did a comparison and they will sell your tickets $5-10 cheaper than what is being offered in that section, but by the time they take their fees - you’ve made less than what you paid for them.
They use Ticketmaster as a base which is crazy because as a season holder - Ticketmaster is our resale site with lower fees.
As a season ticket holder. I do not want to sell my tickets cheaper than what I paid for them. I would rather go to the game.

So Pros - they sell your tickets

Cons - they sell them dollars cheaper than market value and marketplace value. So of course a consumer is going to see the same ticket for $5 cheaper and go with that option.
The fees you pay are not worth it.

Last year I made no profit. Literally what I sold them at is what I paid for them.
This year started off wrong because they sold a game cheaper than what was available when I listed them.
Meaning I listed them at $150 per ticket, they sold them for $72 - which is why I say watch your tickets closely!

You’ll list them thinking you’re going to get one price to have them sell at a lower price.

Update the company called me and we talked about my dissatisfaction, and they took my concerns as feedback. They did sale my tickets and I do still have a few games listed with them but will be trying to sell them on my own. I know others have mentioned the hassle, but I need to see for myself.
So, they do seem like a legit company willing to improve.
Their commission is still high!

Watch for the scam/fraud : it requires login/password to your seatgeek account to sell ticket. Once you provided login credentials, they can log into your account and steal your ticket any time.

I have been working with TiqAssist since last season and they have been awesome. I am really big on communication and they are always prompt and I can reach them via email or via text message! It's super convenient. Also, they were upfront in telling me that they do not cater to luxury tickets completely yet so they cannot guarantee the sales but so far all every time I list, I've sold them. I'm happy so far!

It's great that my tickets are broadcast to a number of marketplaces and have a great chance to sell. However, the commission is so high that it is very hard to make back the money that I paid for the tickets.

Tiqassist has been fantastic! As a first time season ticket holder for the Chicago Cubs, i was so overwhelmed listing tickets and trying to navigate finding a trusted broker. Tiqassist made it extremely easy for me to get up and running quickly and I’ve already sold multiple games. I love being able to list/unlist easily too on the dashboard.

I also had some panicked questions when it took a while for my tickets to show up in my MLB Ballpark app, and they have a number you can text any question to and a real person will respond within 12-24 hours. So appreciated knowing how nerve-wracking it can be to trust thousands of dollars in tickets you bought to third party.

All in all, if you’re trying to just sell unused tickets with no stress on your end, this small business is fantastic and so worth the management fee (which I would argue is not bad anyway given I do 0 work and the tickets are listed on 10+ websites with the prices automatically adjusting based on demand. That would have taken me hours to do every day!). If you’re trying to MAKE a ton of money on your tickets, there may be a better broker out there, but personally that was never my goal, rather just to get some money back for games I’m not attending. Which, so far has been way more money than I could have gotten back on my own!

So much less work to sell. I get paid more over all then when I was selling myself and very quick response from customer service.

I have had an amazing experience as a TiqAssist Customer! Back in August, I decided to purchase full-season NBA season tickets, my first time doing so. With 44 games in my plan, I was looking for ways to sell my tickets for games I could not attend or was not as interested in, without having to find a season ticket partner. Back in October, I decided to purchase full-season MLB season tickets as well. At the time, I had fully expected to be living in that team’s city for the duration of the season, and planned on going to many games while working with TiqAssist to list those I wasn’t able to attend or not as interested in. However, with the MLB season quickly approaching my plans have recently changed, as I recently accepted a new opportunity that has required me to relocate to a different city. Due to this, I won’t be able to attend any games, and it is too late to back out of my season ticket plan. Thankfully, I’m a TiqAssist customer!

I don’t know what I would have done in this situation without TiqAssist. It would have been incredibly difficult to sell my full MLB season ticket plan, 81 games, without losing a significant amount of money. But thanks to TiqAssist, I have nothing to worry about! And there’s a good chance that I’ll actually earn more money back on my tickets than what I originally paid for them. TiqAssist was perfect for my situation, and I highly recommend any season ticket holder to reach out to them!
