Extraordinary Customer Support

Extremely responsive! I received a phone call next day, from a well-spoken, English speaking, American, who simply wanted to follow up and confirm my order. I received my order within 3 days, as promised. :-D
I hope I don't have the need to purchase another TIPM, but if I do, I know who to call.

The Dodge Ram IPM: Everything works again!

The Dodge Ram IPM works! Exchange is simple in concept, BUT...All the parts and plugs had been untouched for 22 years! So, BE PREPARED! Not MAKS fault! Shipping was quick, communication was excellent, soft reset was quick and easy. All in all I could not be happier with the product or service from MAKS.
