We needed a system which was available to the emergency services but simple to use.
TIO Fire Safety covered all our requirements at a very sensible price.
Not only does it cover fire safety buit you can add all the other working place tasks in one simple system.
As it covers virtually all aspects of safety it's been a great place to ensure our records are kept up to date.
We've been using it for around six months now and after taking the time to initially set up all the checks it is very easy to ensure your records are kept up to date and identify any risks before they become an issue.

We install TIO at all of the properties we manage, it helps make transparent the fire safety activities that are required, to everyone that needs to know, which builds trust between everyone.

Jason at Tio Fire Safety was a pleasure to deal with, he has provided us with a fantastic new platform, which is easy to use, is efficient and will save us lots of time

Excellent site to keep all fire regulation documents in order for our block of flats. Many companies are great in sales, selling their product only to fall down when it comes to service. Not Tio. Their tech support is as responsive and helpful as their sales. Jason and all the team are endlessly patient in training and helping solve individual issues quickly. Easy to use and so helpful in keeping up to date with inspections, maintenance, etc. Highly recommend.

Jason and the rest of the team were really supportive in helping us get set up on TIO. They answered all our questions no matter how daft they may have been and were quick to respond with helpful advice. We would thoroughly recommend this product - it is the way forward!

Jason and the guys at Tio are always on hand to give you their full support. The only issues we had was syncing the data but that's all resolved now due to the continued support and drive to make Tio as good as it can be. Using the app out in the field is easy and results in a high level of information you can obtain back-office.

I received a bright red envelope in the post with bold black letters saying "IMPORTANT FIRE SAFETY NOTICE."
It turns out not to have been a Fire Safety Notice, from the local fire and rescue authority, but a begging letter from Tio asking me to use their software for fire safety logs.

It's not appropriate to represent advertisements as an official fire safety notice and appears alarmist.

Really good you make a good asset list for the customer which is exactly what they want Jason has been really helpful always at the end the phone with any queries

I find Tio great for the end user all the information is held in one place and cant be lost like a paper copy logbook.

We have been using TIO fire logbooks for almost a year and with 38 panels spread over 100 miles. The ability to manage them all centrally is outstanding, no longer relying on old paper logbooks and having to find time to inspect them all.
The logbooks are very intuitive to use, and provides a single source of evidence for inspections

I have been working with Tio for just under a year now. And they listen to what we have to say and will do their best to make any changes to their software for us.

In some cases, the changes have been very quick. And they are always very happy to help if we need them. mainly by email, but by phone as well.

Customer service is first class.

Great product which we use for all our offices and great support from the after sales team. Tio makes it so much easier than relying on paper to stay on top of the very important compliance requirements surrounding fire safety at a very reasonable cost. Thank you Tio!

I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Tio / Jason on several occasions for Electronic / Digital Logbooks. Fantastic product which makes liaising between customer and Service provider so much easier with regards to documentation and records being stored for shared access.

Jason is always at the end of a phone or email for any questions or assistance.
