Total scam.
As with other customers, placed an order in December 2021 and still haven't received it in March 2022. I chased and had three emails saying there were supply chain issues but nothing since January. If there are supply issues, it shouldn't be up to the customer to check. One of the emails said I'd be refunded but that never happened.
Ordered two cat bowls back in December and now end of February haven't received the goods. Emailed them 3 times, no reply - now working on a credit card disput.
