I was surprised and confused when I checked my bank account one morning and noticed I was charged a fee. I contacted the company right away, and asked for an explanation on why I was charged this fee. Eugene helped me understand, and my issue was resolved.I certainly highly recommend all those Support Teams to the people, who may need their Help in the future.

Your representative confirms me that no charges will be deducted from now as the account has been cancelled. And right after 10 mints of chat an amount has been deducted from your webiste name.

I never wanted to sign up. I am not sure what exactly I click and them I am all sign up. I just need my membership to be canceled and removed my card
