Bell ends sent me one item which sold as a set should have two in. They replied back to me referring to my product as a bucket.Where is a hand racket paddle. Please don't spend your money on this company. They won't refund me or give me details to send back all there. Asking me to do is purchase another one?Miss selling a misadvertising at its finest

I ordered a toy on 3rd April. Despatched on the 4 th April. It arrived on 20 th April. No explanation given as to why it arrived after their own 15 day delivery period time slot. The box the toy arrived in had been squashed and 1 corner of the box was split. Contents ok. Photographed damage and sent to tiny dreams who blamed the courier. The toy was placed in a thin grey plastic bag. . No bubble wrap, fragile sticker etc. Offered me a 15% refund. I said I would agree to this if they refunded the postage. This was ignored and they refunded me 15% only of the toy. Complained as I hadn’t agreed to this. I then asked for a refund and details of how to return the item. No prepaid address label QR code etc offered . Had to return it at my own cost. This is against the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. The retailer must pay for damaged product to be returned.
In the end I accepted a 30% refund as the price of the toy I purchased was small. I will never buy from Tiny Dreams again. This was only the second item I purchased from Tiny Dreams and both arrived late.

I ordered some suction toys from this company when they arrived they looked nothing like the advertisement in look and colourwise. They looked marked and made of cheap plastic and small parts which do not look safe to give a baby . They also came wrapped in a plastic bag from china . Absolute waste of money for cheap rubbish and if you want to return although advertised as the Uk you have to return to Austria !!

Over three weeks on and nothing received. Communication very poor. No tracking details or other updates sent. Avoid!!!

Lovely well made educational toy. My 2 1/2yr old granddaughter loves it and soon got the hang of screwing in and out with crosspoint driver and allen key.👍👍

This company is a scam from the experience l have had. I do not believe it is based in the UK just b/s marketing l am disappointed with myself for falling for their b/s. Stay away save your hard earned money that companies like this will say anything to part you from it.

Easy ordering, delivery updates and delivery itself. No problems whatsoever. Great wee musical dancing duck. Keep kids busy watching lights and moving to familiar tunes.

The item ordered was not the item received. On contacting them they said the video of the item I ordered was just for sales purposes and is not actually available. They offered me, eventually, a 30% refund or a return to a place in Austria, not postage paid, I had to pay. Disgusted.

Useless! Pity I didn’t see those reviews before ordering!! Ordered 3 items , the 2 cheaper ones came and missing the baby changing bag at £49.95!!!
Contacted them via website no reply! Emailed and told to take photos. Photos of a missing item?? Then told if I didn’t take a photo of a damaged item they wouldn’t help! No item was damaged just missing. Pure fraud company. Reported to my credit card for claim under section 75. Also took the order 1 month to even come !! Avoid. Too good to be true!! Maybe a drop shipping company. But highly suspicious!! 🤨

Update the have replied to me yet 4 times now I’ve told them I don’t have photos to send of a missing item! Honestly disaster of a company. Avoid!!

I bought a game and when it arrived it was nothing like advertised on their website. It is a choke hazard and is so tiny , looks like it was a prize won in an arcade or from a funfair. Definitely not up to British Standards. Also you have to send back yourself, they do not send any returns ID. It has to go to Austria at your own expense ! Or they offer you 30% of the orginal price excluding postage. DO NOT USE

Product came with incorrect parts. Contacted customer service to request correct item be sent out. Must be AI on their replies as they couldn’t reply to anything I’d actually mentioned in my email. I said there was pieces missing, they said sorry the package was damaged in transit? again I said, we were missing part of the product and they replied and said thankyou for sending the video - I didn’t send a video. They said they’d send a replacement but I highly doubt they will. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY complete waste of time.

I ordered two toys from this company thinking I was dealing with a UK based toy retailer. Big mistake! This is a company registered in Austria and acting purely as an order taker and receiver of your payments. Shipment comes from China and this company does not take any ownership for either the quality or damaged items on delivery. One of the toys were delivered damaged and is of no use. Requested a replacement and the Company has ignored my request. After few emails, they offered a 30% refund. I requested a full refund and they have have asked for the damaged item to be sent back in its original packaging. Given the original packaging was damaged on delivery, I will have to spend more money on new packaging. They have asked for the item to be sent back to an address in Austria and ensure it is tracked all at my expense. Postage and packing to Austria would cost me at least 80% of the original cost. This company is just an order taker and does not take any ownership for replacing damaged goods. Therefore I would suggest customers think carefully before placing any orders with this company. I would not be buying any products from this company again. Need to be vigilant that they don't change the trading name of the company to disassociate from these negative reviews and continue with their bad business practices. Avoid this company.

Ordered 2 casting kits to do with my 4 year old. Instructions on the box didn’t tell me how much water to use and the tub it came it was far too small so ended up wasted. I have contacted the company to complain and give opportunity for them rectify and I’ve been asked to post back to Austria (a used casting kit which now weight far more than it did when delivered) and pay the postage, or ‘let me keep the item’ which is useless, and give a 30% refund.

Absolute shambles.

I have bought several items from Tiny Dreams. Mainly for myself. I love the jigsaw vases I have now made three, I have just got three gear cubes one for me and two for grandsons. They remind me of the Rubik cube which I struggled to do. I am struggling with this one but it is great enjoyment. I have not had to wait to long for them to arrive so I am really pleased with the service

I bought the eggs with little stuffed toys inside of them. They were absolutely adorable!! My grandchildren love them and I want some now to put in my car!! Postage wasnt too long . Very happy and would recommend.

Absolutely rubbish, the toy I bought was cheap plastic, and the microphone would not work unless you had an old phone with a headphone socket! The box arrived damaged and opened. DO NOT BUY from here if I could give it a minus I would!
