Quality products and so helpful

I've been buying hair dyes from this company for some time as they're vegan and of excellent quality. They recently changed to using DHL for deliveries which I'm unable to use as they never seem able to find my house. I spoke with both Anya and Jack who were very kind. They took my order over the phone and prepared the package for collection. I was then able to book DPD myself to collect from them and bring the parcel to me. Anya and Jack were so understanding and helpful. I'm most grateful to them.
