Disorganised! Placed the order and got the following message the day after the order "Unfortunately, due to technical error on our vendor's system, the product that you ordered is actually Z590M instead of Z690M" I've bought the CPU and an NVMe to fit this board 😒

Goods were exactly as described, and at a very fair price. My order was placed on Monday and the goods received by me on Wednesday Morning. You really can't ask for better service. I would happily use them again.

Order was cancelled and I wasn't informed.
I recently ordered a laptop backpack from this website. I was a bit weary due to it seeming to be a new website and not many reviews etc online. After decided to commit I ordered my product, the order went through fine and I had e-mail confirmation etc.
After about a week I sent an e-mail to their customer services asking for any update on a possible delivery date. I was then informed that my order was cancelled as the price stated on the website was incorrect. Therefore i had not been charged and i am welcome to go back onto the website and repurchase the product if desired.
Now i understand that a company is not obliged to honour a miss priced product however i am disappointed that they gave me no contact or information regarding the fact my order had been cancelled. It is only when i contacted them that i was informed the product was not coming my way leaving me a little bit confused by the poor customer communication.
The services rep who responded to me was friendly and polite however i am still a bit let down that i wasn't informed of the issue eagerly awaiting my product.
TLDR: made order, cancelled due to wrong price on site, no contact made to inform me, poor customer communication.
