We became used to an Account Manager with our previous communications company which was taken over by a huge corporate concern that ceased to deliver. We lost the account manager and the personal touch. Our problems were dealt with by an anonymous call centre and we had no customer satisfaction.

we have been with tincan since 2017 never had an issue with the service and bills are so easy to understand we used to get pages and pages with another company but with tincan its all on 1-2 pages and clearly written.
would recommned tincan to anyone who needs a good telephone/broadband service for their business.

after dealing with quite a few telephone company's and pulling my hair out, we found Tin Can, I cant thank them enough. Excellent service nothing was to much trouble for them. They listened to exactly what we wanted and produced what we wanted at a great price to.
There are to many comms company's out there that our out to get what they can. This was never the case with Tin Can.
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them, I'm even open to talk to anyone that wishes for that personal recommendation,

Was having major issues with sky broadband and was really effecting my day to day business dropping out of teams calls, loosing email connection and worst of all kids complaining .they were getting Buffering constantly on Netflix YouTube etc it was awful.
Spoke to Amy and the team at Tin Can explained all my issues.and they structured my new broadband around my requests
Now on a new corporate broadband system for near enough same price as sky broadband but no buffering no loss of connections super fast speeds

We opened our business in July and the premises we were doing up had really poor internet connection and no previous phone line. Within a few weeks of Amy coming to see us she managed to set everything up for us even though there were lots of issues with the internet connection and speed.she worked very hard to sort our issues out and had lots of face to face interaction too. I would highly recommend using Tincan Comms and we’ve had no issues going forward. It was also nice for us to use a local company as we always try to support local businesses around us!

Having previously worked with Amy & Jan prior, we had no hesitation in contacting TinCan Comms when we were experiencing issues with our current supplier.
Once we contacted Amy and went into talks with our telecom needs, our conversations were both professional & helpful, they guided us through the process with the previous supplier and other suppliers that related to our Telecom communications.
To put all these services under one supplier with their knowledge and professionalism everything was made simple and easy to deal with.
Initially there was a few technical issues due to our location however the TinCan team were prompt and aided us with the engineering support we required.
