From the start of the process in January2026 to collecting my new car in April 2026 I have had an absolutely flawless encounter with t.i.m. UK Motors, which was made possible by the diligence and attention to detail of the Assistant Sales Manager Gabriella Lambert!

Gabriella kept me informed every step of the way, with regular updates and created a completely stress free and most enjoyable experience.

The Subaru car itself is also very impressive and I am very pleased with my choice.

It had taken me 7 months to find this little gem of a place despite them being just up the road from me! Stretched my budget to the limit but I was more than happy to pay especially for the service and quality car I left with. The lovely Gabriella is an absolute diamond and guided me through with expert knowledge and professionalism. Thank you Gabriella, Gabbi drives like a dream!

We recently purchased a car with the help of Gabriella. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish. It was honestly the most enjoyable experience we have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. The test drive she took us on was great as it wasn’t a case of down the road and back we were gone for at least half an hour and drove the car in all different scenarios. Which meant we got a proper feel for the car. Gabriella was great with communication and was able to answer any questions we had. Thank you again so much.

From start to finish our experience with t.i.m.uk motors after seeing the car on Cargurus was seam free. Ian was most helpful, not at all pushy, he just let us make up our minds at leisure. The company obviously takes great pride in the vehicles they are selling & their customer service. Ian kindly met us at the train station when we collected our car. Gabriella looked after us impeccably from start to finish. The whole process from seeing the car to collecting it took less than 24 hrs - not the usual week to 10 days. This included transferring and fitting my private plate. We were given a real test run, not just around the block. Any email questions I had were answered promptly even though it was out of hours. T.I.M also give a very comprehensive free warranty with their used vehicles which gives great peace of mind because of their confidence in the vehicle they are selling. Would recommend to anyone.
