Fabulous customer service

Always great at this branch

I visited the Sutton Tesco branch and found the staff to to be very speedy (which was great because I was in a hurry) as well as professional and courteous.

I went to the kidderminster branch with a problem with my car key and did t realise it could be repaired. The you. G man that served me was very helpful and put a new case on it a d it now works better than it ever did.

The guy that served me was very knowledgeable and gave me several options for my watch battery. He was very pleasant and very much a people person.

I used Timson’s Dry Cleaners at Morrison’s, Maidstone. The staff went above and beyond for me and my suit was cleaned to a high standard.

The Corstorphine branch has such lovely staff who let me bring my dog in when I fancied popping in for a look. Good prices for services and when I needed keys cut it was done within minutes. Would highly recommend!

I regularly use Timsons on Greengate street in Stafford. The staff member is always helpful and patient. I am partially sighted, and handed over the wrong key to be cut. I noticed when he gave it back, and he cut a new one at no charge. It was entirely my fault, but his view of good customer service has ensured that i will always go to him for the full range of services that Timson offer
