We moved into our new home yesterday after Tim spent a gruelling nine months negotiating and dealing with very difficult sellers. I have total confidence that had we not used Tim and his calm expertise, we would have lost the property of our dreams months ago.

We first approached Tim during lockdown when the chances of finding a country house went from hard to virtually impossible. Without Tim's help we would have been flailing about in the dark. Tim held our hands through the whole process, saw many houses on our behalf, attended every viewing, had huge knowledge of our chosen areas, knew and had a good relationship with all the local agents and took the stress out of all elements of house hunting. Once we found our house he then took over all the negotiations, surveys, forms and details we would otherwise have been bogged down in. Excellent personal service from Tim who clearly demonstrated his undoubted knowledge of the market and negotiating skills. His relationship with the selling agents ensured we did not waste time viewing properties which quite clearly we would never purchase. Moreover, his skills were key at wheedling out properties we would certainly have known nothing about had we looked on our own. We were time poor but in a relatively good place to buy being in rented accommodation, but also quite new to the area. Tim was super organised, got to know us and our needs quite well, and was very good at pre emptively suggesting stuff to us. Took us to see things we weren't necessarily thinking of but were interesting. Took us to see things which were off market and we eventually succeeded in finding somewhere, which was difficult to manage over a long process but Tim helped us all the way through. Very reassuring presence and always on hand to help.

We sold our house in Scotland at the end of March and were locked down there until July. Thanks to Radio H-P. We gave Tim Sherston a brief to search for our new home. By the time we were able to move South, Tim had prepared a full programme of viewings. He came with us to nearly all of them. His contacts, knowledge and advice were invaluable. After four weeks searching we offered on the house which is now our home. Tim then took over all the negotiations with the sellers and their agents up to completion. Always charming and approachable, Tim was a pleasure to work with, and has been instrumental in our achieving our purchase in record time, and in a very challenging market.
