Last week I had interview with a lady online. Her camera was malfunctioned (I mean how do you wanna build trust if you dont even have the proper equipment from the start) and couldnt answer all my question about the job. She told me the company gonna call me in the next 3 days. Well they didnt call. The phone number that provided in the email (last four digit of the phone number +31...3307) cant be reached because the line disconnects on its own after a few seconds. Today I messaged the woman on WhatsApp to ask what was going on and would you believe it—she hasnt even looked at the message yet. Thanks for making me wait and wasting my time. :D

Unprofessional team,impossible to reach them. Said to wait for a call from warehouse in 3 days. After 3 days send email that they closed vacancy. Was waiting for nothing

I like how the process went it was fast and not complicated also with getting to know people who work there and knowing more about the company its self they let me feel welcome and helped me with getting a job fast

Every interaction was pleasant. Consistently. Not a single pay problem either. Offers to improve. There's a lot of positive things going on

I had a scheduled online interview regarding a job offer. Unfortunately I do not know with who, as never received such information.

Five minutes before agreed time, I connected myself to the meeting and ready waited to be admitted by somebody from Timing. 15 minutes of waiting - no one had joined or responded.

I contacted the agency by phone number using the number given before and I was informed that the matter will be checked and I would receive a call back within a five minutes.

From that moment, I did not receive any further response via Teams or by phone and no one got back to me by 17:30, which is the end of the agency's business hours. After 3 days, I am still being ignored with no feedback from recruitment team in this matter.

While I understand that unforeseen situations may occur, the lack of any communication in this regard is extremely unprofessional, particularly within a recruitment process.

Worst agency ever they had to pay me and my girlfriend €1000 each and then they accused us of stealing when we did not do anything and they told us that we won’t get anything not to add that we tried calling them for a full month and no one would tell us anything. When we asked for them to give a reason while we were accused they just told us that we are not getting no money. Worst agency ever

It's been very good, my contact has always been responsive and answered all my questions. He even reached out to me for a potential new job. Great people great pay.

The work environment was well organized and the team was supportive. Overall, it was a positive and rewarding opportunity.

I liked the openes that I've been received with,I liked the training that I had,I like a lot my colleagues. The only minus is that I think they forget to make the first tour of the factory just before I start working,as they did with my girlfriend.

Prompt and professional responses. Efficient outcome. Would recommend.

Signed a new renewal contract to continue at Brocacef. A week later, my work ended for no relevant reason.
Perla also said on the tour, when showing the Orderpicking area, ‘Can you see yourself doing this?’
Clearly, they care more about numbers than employee wellbeing.
Some days would be understaffed, in the Orderpicking, resulting in feeling overworked.

Steer clear!

Very unorganized and unprofessional. Recruiters always late for meetings. Never got a job from this company even when recruited for unskilled jobs.

//UPDATE (Feb 19, 2026): Timing has failed to honor a written wage correction agreement confirmed by their Legal Department on Feb 18. Despite their written admission of the error, the latest payslip (Feb 19) still uses incorrect salary scales and fails to include the agreed retroactive pay and statutory increases (wettelijke verhoging).
If you are a Timing worker at Bleckmann, please verify your scale (e.g., Scale A-4). There is an active formal investigation with the SNCU (Reference Number: 39031) regarding systemic underpayment at this location. If your scale is also incorrect, I encourage you to report it to the SNCU using this reference number to ensure you are included in the collective audit.// 5 years working at Bleckmann Oldenzaal via Timing.Due to a work floor conflict with a newer Team-Leader, I stopped working at that location , since they informed me that it was no longer possible, I remained available for work, which I said on the email, I have a Fase C contract.In short, they are refusing to pay my salary from December 2025, they ignore my emails even though I even sent a formal email giving them 5 working days to pay what is owed.I'm currently sick, they are also refusing to correctly pay my sickness.It is a horrible experience to feel depressed and spend everyday anxious about their abusive behaviour.
