bad product - no costumer service

I ordered the product for the first time in November. It arrived weeks late, but it was good quality and worked well (koji tumeric pads). I ordered a three-pack (!!). The second time, it arrived, but it was very poor quality and unusable—it stains my skin yellow!!!
tried emailing a couple times. no response. I am sorry I didn't check here before loosing $84!!! for a product worse than what goes for $3 on Temu.

Untraceable parcel and no customer response

I placed an order on December 3, 2024. I received two emails saying that my parcel was on it's way with a tracking order dated Dec. 23. When I click on the tracking order it says "can not find order." I have sent the customer service 2 emails (third one today) and I have yet to receive a response. I purchased Tumeric moisturizer, serum and face masks. Even if I receive this order, I will not be purchasing again from this company.

Fake Product

Fake Product!
Website promises 6-12 business days for delivery - a month later still nothing. I emailed a few times. Finally someone got back to me. When I received product it wasn’t at all the same as website - different packaging. Sticker conveniently placed over the ingredients & can’t peel off without ripping so you can’t read what’s in it. Hasn’t done anything to my skin. All a scam . Spent $50 Australian dollars!! Used this website as it advises to be aware of buying fake products from others! Ha, what a joke, you’re the fake product! Joke is on me I guess :-/

Fraudsters, Liars and Thieves

The Thunder wey go fire una dey do pressup for hand.
I ordered a tumeric kojic acid pad since September and up till date I have not received anything but you still have the audacity to be sending me "We miss you" emails. These people are fraudsters and thieves. You purchase an item and they won't send the item to you and its not cheap. I have emailed them several times and no reply whatsoever. So warning to people out there do not ever place an order on their website because the money will just go to voicemail.
They put a fake tracking number that is not working and they keep telling you 'can't track order' and no customer service. Scammers
