Had a problem with my Tag watch. First visited the Tag shop in Guildford who were helpful but said although Tag would fix my watch because of the time of year it would take a considerable time to get it returned
But the helpful guy at Tag recommended Time watch repair also in Guildford town centre !! I saw a guy called Ryan who couldn’t have been more helpful ! He took my watch explained what he was going to do , told me to come back in an hour and low and behold he fixed my watch out a new battery in it sorted out the problem and cleaned the strap in an ultrasonic bath. All at a very very reasonable cost. Wonderful company very friendly and helpful guys !!! Well done lads

I needed some bracelet pieces put onto a watch. He did it for me straight away which I was very grateful for.

Took my Police Raptor watch in for a clean and service to the Guildford branch and they did an awesome job. It came back super shiny and all working perfectly! Well happy and would definitely use again 😊👍🏻

Really nice knowledgeable people. My wife took in a Mondaine watch which needed a new strap fitting. We got the strap elsewhere, so expected to be charged for fitting - we weren't! Planning to get my Omega serviced by Time!

I have just spoken with a very nice gentleman named Navid, who explained the various costs for servicing automatic watches, and my RGMT SUPER AV 24HR DIVER'S WATCH. Navid was very helpful and has excellent knowledge and understanding of horology.
When my watch is due for a full service I will use this company. I give Time Watch Repair Esher branch a firm 10/10 ✅️

Ryan completely exceeded our expectations earlier today. What a great business. New TAG watch battery not only cost less than I have previously paid, the watch was ready for collection in record time - I simply went shopping in Guildfor and then returned on my way back to the car. Very impressed. And all done with a smile, helpful information and advice. Highly recommended.

Ryan was incredibly helpful. Had a bracelet in style of a watch which he helped adjust the size of. Superb service!

Excellent service from the chap in Time on 3 April. I had asked around in Guildford for prices for replacing a watch battery and had gone into a jewellers, who recommended Time on Quarry Street. The battery was replaced for half the price quoted by Timpsons, (I would never have paid their price), and included resealing the watch so that it is splash proof. I have already recommended Time to several people and it is certainly where I shall go in future for anything watch-related.

Claire very kindly helped me to choose and then replaced the strap on a Tag watch in need of an update.

Absolutely the best watch repair company I’ve come across. Found this business in Windsor, 10 William Street. They completely rebuilt my Oceans 12 watch after I dropped it, it’s #008 out of 20 made. Just had the wife’s 1928 CYMA ladies watch completely serviced and it finally works after almost 100 years in her family. Well done to Milas the owner, Ryan and Suroosh.

In my last review I had just handed in my prize Rolex to John, Claire and the team for a replacement clasp. 6 days later (but it could have been less had I picked it up earlier) said watch is back on its rightful wrist armed with a brand new clasp. Service outstanding, price amazingly competitive. Problem with a timepiece….go to Timewatchrepair Guildford. Rolex ‘eat your heart out!’

Exceeded expectations! Tag, Cartier and Omega went in for different reasons, and the service/support was great! I got decent honest and knowledgeable advice. So good I went back with the neighbours Tag a week later! Good people, fair prices, great service, what more could you ask for!

I brought three watches to the Guildford store, for a battery replacement. The service was very professional and got done quickly too. I also got some great advice on my vintage mechanical watch which could have been costly elsewhere. The price I paid for the work done was extremely pleasing and I will use them again in future for sure. All-round great experience without any fuss so keep up the good work.

Friendly & professional service. My watch battery was replaced within the hour together with a re-seal & pressure test. Half the price quoted by Tag H who wanted the watch for 6-12 weeks! Highly recommended.
