After long research, I decided to buy my first Rolex. Mikkel gave me a perfect experience and guided me through the process. Even though I don't speak danish I got perfect service in English. I called him on Tuesday and I booked an appointment for Wednesday. He showed me my desired watch in the boutique which has a really nice atmosphere. I felt I am in safe hands and I have nothing to worry about he has the knowledge. Definitely not my last purchase from the Timetowatch.

I purchased a Rolex Datejust from Mads and TimeToWatch in December 2018. The whole process went super smooth, and after I transferred the money, the watch was sent and I received it after a few days with Postnord. Reliable, honest and a straightforward guy. I will do business with him again, 100%.

I bought a brand new 114060 from Mads a few months back, and was having a tough time considering whether to buy AD or through him. I had initially reached out to see if I could get a used piece he had on his website, and this ended up with me asking him to source me a brand new 114060 instead.

I was very happy with how everything went, received the watch maybe 3 weeks after first making contact, and under 2 weeks after making payment.

Since then I got in touch in with him for some after-sales support (I managed to drop the watch breaking the crown), and always had quick answers, and Mads offered to look for repair solutions as well in case the repair price RSC would quote me would be high.

I was nervous buying something from someone I didn't know much about, but Mads has a very high standing in the Danish watch forums and my experience has been fantastic, so from my end can definitely recommend.
