Internet is shocking live in a small bungalow and can't get Internet in kitchen? Internet went down and said they'd send an engineer but if problem is on our side then get charged 249 quid. Yes 249. Engineer has not been out so I will keep you all updated. Just do yourself a favour and avoid avoid avoid. Look at all these reviews, we can't all be wrong

Avoid like the plague- terrible firm

Dreadfully pushy, rude salesperson. Hounded me and when I didn’t give them the work he shouted at me and called me a liar, hung up. I’ve had to block the number.

Avoid at all costs. The reviews are true, they are appalling.

Left vulnerable adult with no line

If I could give a zero, I would. What kind of telecoms company has an 0800 number and an 0845 number, neither of which work!!! You can get them on 01282 684498.
Reported a phone fault for a vulnerable adult. Half a day and still not called him to deal with the fault. Disgusting. The phone line is a lifeline to some people as it is used for their personal fall alarm.

LongTimeNoTalk…

After next to no notice of services being switched off because of a bank issue, after 1 1/2 days payment made. Still no service. Called customer services four times in three days. Each call lasting on average 25 minutes before speaking to an operator. Internet switched on after 5 days of no service. No phone service. Also promised a phone call back on one of the days amd nothing, I had to chase this action. I am more than disgusted with this provider, I have worked on the frontline throughout the last 2 years during the pandemic not having any option to have continuous working from home entitlement. This is beyond a shabby customer service. I will be looking at cancelling and moving providers. Do not even take the time to consider Timetalk. Waste of time. Should rebrand to LongTimeNoTalk.

DO NOT TOUCH THESE CROOKS WITH A LONG POLE.

One star is 100 stars too generous. Due to the fact that they would not talk to my father after my mother (the account holder) passed away they have now cut off the phone and wi-fi of an 87 year old widower who is not yet three months without his wife of sixty years. These people are UTTER SCUMBAGS, UTTER CROOKS and their whole outfit is a SHOWER OF POOP.

be warned

be warned . this firm is unbelievably mercenary . My brother died. living on his own and with a timetalk contract nobody knew anything about.. They are claiming over £500 now for "early termination". Morally and ethically bankrupt. This included £69 EACH for 3 routers that were very poor and obviously 2 at least were not working well. An 88 year old man with terminal diabetic problems seems to be an ideal grave robbing target .

TimeTalk- Stay well clear- Rip=Off!

TimeTalk- Stay well clear; Disgraceful and utterly mercenary.
I was with them for over 5 years and twice without warning my monthly direct debit almost doubled without any warning. Seemingly my contrcat period had expired and so wothout asking did \I wiah to extend they just doubled the bill. I said that I would leave then and eventually managed to accept a reasonable deal ( rtahr than the mither of changing). Then yet again last mont the same happened. Double the bill, no notice etc. I sopke with them and said that did they not think it good policy and practice to forewarn customers. Once again they asked me to stay stating they would putme on a better tariff. I said I would but I wanted the latest "double" bill reinstating to the normal tariff. They refused and so I've left. I'v enow been charged a double bill because they wanted one month's notice + I have to return the router or they will charge. All this after being with them for nearly 6 years!! TimeTalk have never heard of loyalty! They don't deserve any customers.

Poor service record improved by one individual

For 8 years I have received a poor standard of service from Timetalk including being overcharged for poor quality routers that had to be returned as a result of breakdowns in connection.
However the day after I ended my account and transferred to another provider I rang a lady called Cathy (on0800 915 6136) for information and she was most helpful and supportive

Diabolical service from this company

Diabolical service from this company. Poor routers supplied which need rebooting. After a lightning strike they expected me to pay for a replacement (took a week to contact them by phone!) my neighbour had a free router delivered the next day from BT. I’ve finally transferred to a new provider, super high powered router on a new line fitted by an Openreach engineer. Over £10 month cheaper than Timetalk who unfortunately been overcharging us for 8 years, so much for customer service! Timetalk have just charged me £161.22 to terminate a contract which expired 18 months previously (though they never informed me of this and I have never received a written contract). I even returned the router as instructed so some other unlucky customer will likely enjoy it’s poor and faulty service.

Be careful SCAM

Avoid this company, 1 star is too generous. After change provider they are still trying to charge 65£ saying that we didn’t send the router back (we did) and they charge 35£ for leaving which in our contract doesn’t say. Also they said that we were going to be charged half of the month (because we left on 16dec) and they charged the total bill. They own us 47£ and they are trying to still 65£ on top. Avoid them

IGNORE THEIR "DEBT" LETTERS

If you've had a call from TimeTalk/Quickcollect/Dox2u or whatever they're called this week saying you owe them money for a router, cancellation etc.. IGNORE IT.

Even if they've threatened you with legal action through a piece of wonky a4 printer paper.. IGNORE IT.

They're constantly in debt and undergoing liquidation. They change company names constantly and are trying a last minute cash grab before they go bust completely. Based In Greece and have been investigated several times for poaching Talk Talk customers and lying about services.

Ran by con men who consistently reappear after being stamped out.

Worst company I have had the…

Worst company I have had the displeasure to deal with. Premium rate number to contact them. Fault on my line for a week. Minimum wait to get through 45-60 minutes. After carrying out all the checks with them via my mobile, operator says yes there’s a fault, then
I’m told if an engineer comes out and it’s an internal fault il be charge £260 😳🤬
After days of trying to get through being charged premium rate for a substandard internet and customer service. I will be changing ASAP. Avoid at all cost not worth the stress
