Avoid at all cost. The service desk could not be more unhelpful if they tried. The company does not deliver to Northern Ireland anymore. They sold us a printer less than a year ago and now won't supply us with ribbons for it.

We can assure you this is not our intention and we take on board your comments and will look to improve our communication. We want to clarify, we do still ship to companies in Northern Ireland and have other customers that we have shipped to since the implementation of the Windsor Framework.
So we are more than happy to sell items to you, and indeed would like to as we value all our clients, but due to a change in legislation which has been imposed by the UK and European Union, the shipping of orders to Northern Ireland now requires certain information to be provided by the client and unless you provide that information unfortunately no courier will ship the parcel. This is completely outside our control. Our sales team have reached out to the original order contact to claify that we require this information so that we can then ship the items you require. Thank you.
