We are not very happy with TCR

We are not very happy with TCR, we were told that as well as get us out of the timeshare contract, that we would be able to get back money that we paid to the developers plus get our credit fixed. I will give them credit for getting us out of the contract, but honestly, we could have done that ourselves. The lawyer that wrote the letter for us, just rewrote the letter that we wrote originally. That is all that was done and now they say that they are done. We paid thousands of dollars for a letter!? They made promises that they did not keep, they are as bad as the timeshare people, tell you lots of lies to build themselves up and then just leave you hanging.

Managing the nightmare that is timeshares

Kate was very polite and patient. She explained what could be done to help us negotiate our way out of the timeshare contract. We have already signed a deed in lieu of foreclosure release agreement. She made several good suggestions and invited me to contact her again in a month. She also stated that once the nightmare is over we might be able to challenge the credit report rating by explaining the circumstances.
