Terrible..Jewellery misrepresented..total garbage..then they delay answering you on how you can return so it’s outside of policy and offer you 10% return to keep it…nit even wasting my time for 10% lesson totally learned..shame on this company..getting almost 100.00 for nothing,,,

Purchased rings that clearly were over priced to be discounted to less than half so the customer could be made to feel that they are getting a quality item.

The ring set was made of steel and not silver. They are willing to refund, but it needs to be returned with a tracking number which costs more than the ring. So I’m stuck with a ring I’m allergic to.

Great marketing. If you purchase from them make sure it states silver. I had previously sent a message inquiring if the ring was silver. They never answered intuitional. Also I thought the company was Canadian but it’s coming from China.

Scammers. Terrible quality. Returns are not possible. They provide a fake address in China for returns and then do not repsond to messages.

SCAM!! Bought a pair of glasses and they were never sent out. No one reply’s to your emails. The website looks like it has been taken down now.

I ordered an expensive ring from their website and 3 weeks later nothing. Not a single update or response to my emails.

Please do not buy from them. They are scammers. They even went as far as sending a fake refund email to me. My bank is not handling the case.

I ordered a bag on the 11th of June for £300. Numerous emails sent, no replies. This is now with Mastercard disputes team.

I placed an order on 28 June. I’m still waiting for an email notification. Have tried to go online. Can’t seem to find the company says website is not available. Cost me £200.Not happy

I bought a product from this website in May and they have not sent the item yet. I can’t even find their website anymore on line. Does anyone know how else I can contact them?

I bought a silver jewellery piece from Timeless vintage on 21.06.2024. The only email I got was my order confirmation. Since then no communication. The order hasn’t been dispatched until today and it’s been nearly a month. I have sent them a number of requests to update the status of my order and they have never replied to any of my emails. Their web page won’t open. I guess they are out of business and I will never get my jewellery piece nor refund the money I spent on it.

These guys do not reply to emails, do not buy from here. They are using images from other sites that have not given them permission to use. I ordered a bag, and was delivered the wrong one, it arrived with an Amore tag and packaging, and I contacted them as Timeless Vintage were not responding. They said they have no affiliation with this company! It's all very dodgy, and their site shows as not available at times. Too much stress when spending thousands on a bag.

Be very wary of ordering from this company, I want to return something and they just don’t answer emails or direct communication through the app. I’m now stuck with the goods and no way of returning, it’s a very dodgy company.

They do not respond to emails!! I placed an order and followed up on it after their 3-5 business days processing time and they never responded. It's now been a month and they still haven't responded nor has anything shipped. Save yourself the headache and buy from somewhere else! The products come from Japanese resellers anyway (try reverse image search) so they are just a middleman trying to take a cut AND the cherry on top is their terrible customer service.

Purchased a LV wallet 4/4/24, have not received it to date, no-one replies to my emails, section 79 coming their way.! Do not purchase with them

Took my order on a Saturday, claimed it was completed and fulfilled less than 24hrs later, and had relisted the item by sunday night.
No response to emails or any communication attempts
Its just a scam

I returned the first bag i bought from this site due to having some slight defects but gave them the benefit of doubt and placed a second order. I was glad i did as the YSL Lou came perfect.

Beautiful bag, looks brand new! I got it so quickly. Couldn't be happier! I'll definitely be back!

I contacted Timeless Vintage before purchasing to see if they could deliver before a certain date and Violet in customer service made sure this happened. Great from the beginning.

Their website is easy to use and there's a lot of bags to choose from which i like. Customer service helped with some questions i had before ordering. Delivery took slightly longer than expected but will use again.

I received my bag on time. I've ordered from your store before & will be ordering from you again. Always fair in price.
