I had 3 rooms with them in may 26. All was very complicated.
I had to check in online many times uploading many times our passports
Whats funny is that when i was fed up uploading i uploaded again and again the same person passport. Very smart system not making the difference that upload is 5 times the same name
Then on check out i was supposed to leave 16 e in cash because they were not sure if i had paid online. I asked why and answer was if i was sure I paid its ok but in some web site reservations it was not paid online so they were asking to leave cash. So you are in a hurry to get your plane but you have to remember if you paid online or not and if you do not have exactly 16 how they you give you charge on a 50 euro banknote. Otherwise people on WhatsApp customer service are very nice. I try to share my experience as it was.

Amazing location! Absolutely beautiful area.. Cozy room, comfortable bed, large bathroom, plenty of parking.. walkable to anywhere in Polignano a Mare. Hosts were very helpful and available 24/7.. Great spot!

Amazing customer service! I had a question regarding taxi booking at 2am and they replied immediately. Overall great accommodation and super clean. They also sent us a custom guide to the city which saved me a lot of headache as I don’t have to search the best places and restaurants to visit with my family!

Great communication with host. Almost everything what you can need at home is in apartment. Check in and out very easy.

A one week stay in old Bari.
Great place to start discovering Bari.
We stayed in November. Nice weather.
Great food.
The accommodation has a kitchen. As a foodie. A gaspit and some gear is all you need. Of course there was more. A genuine Italian coffee maker.
We loved the industrial look and feel. Modern and cozy. Private. In an old building with character. Communication was always good. Although we never new when it was a chatbot or a person. They could work on that. But nevertheless. Perfect. Clean. Perfect for a couple. There is airco. (We obviously didn't need)
Important. You always get an answer when chatting.

The experience was great und I enjoyed it too much. Thank you.

A great apartment that made our stay in Bari perfect. Everything was clean, modern and the owners very helpful.

The apartment is close to everything, the train station, the old town, the sea, on the main shopping street.
Very modern spacious and comfortable with a nice balcony overlooking the main street.
Maybe we will come again.

Staying in Bari was amazing and this accomodation was the idea place to explore Bari and the wider Puglia area. It was a minute from the train station stop from the airport which made it easy to get to and was a 5-10 min walk from Centrale which allowed us to get around easily. Its a short walk into town and Old Town and an idea location to explore.

Timeless Puglia communcated brilliantly well, asking about our trip to make recommendations for us and the site/ app to have the recommendations, car hire, door security, etc., made it super simple to do everything and all recommendations for eating, sightseeing and excursions came with directions or Google Maps links. They always communicated clearly and quickly and checked in with us while we were staying which was a lovely touch. All recommendations we used were spot on and they really helped make it a memorable trip.

The accomodation was lovely, clean and modern and great for relaxing. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

Amazing appartment in renovated beautiful building in Torre a Mare. Sea view from the terrace was just perfect. Appartments itself clean, cozy, modern. Everyting you need for comfortable stay in authentic environment of Puglia.

Our stay at Felice 107 was amazing. Tatiana was a great host, very nice, proactive, responsive, she prepared a personal guide with great places to visit, beaches, recommendations for restaurants, etc. The apartment was clean, spacious, very well equipped. It was located in the quiet area, in the new building with good connection to the city center - bus stop in walkable distance of 5 minutes. I can only recommend this stay and I will come back when I return to Bari. :)

Beautiful property located right on the beach with great views. The host is very responsive and dedicated to guests.
