Took forever to ship. I tried to cancel before it ever came just because I had issues with tracking and shipping. They refused any issues and told me had to wait. Product arrived. Looked nothing like photos. Sizing and fit was horrible even after following sizing guides. The front band didn't even have elastic? Product is trash. Scam all the way around. 1 strap. Doesn't fit even my daughter who tried it on. She's a cup smaller than me (I ordered c ) she is a B and it didn't fit her in any way?! Weird gaps, too wide here, narrow there, sits far off the body?? Its plain awful.
DO NOT BUY. CANT RETURN.

The worst shopping experience ever. Over two months and I haven't received my order or any answers. There's no way to contact them and I think I just lost my money here. SCAMMERS!

Only one star to comment. DO NOT BUY FROM TIMELESS NOVA !!! AFTER OVER A MONTH OF WAITING SAYS WAS DELIVERED AND WOW NOTHING ON MY DOORSTEP !!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER EITHER !!!! 😡

Don’t buy from them. Their bras are poor quality and you can’t return or exchange them. It’s all a scam.

Worst product I have ever seen in my life , do not buy from them, the product has nothing to do with the photo ! I ordered a bra, and not only it took ages to come and I had to pay extra for customs but the bra weigh is less 100g, it is absolutely useless. I wish they was a way to stop them from selling fake products. Once they have taken the money it is impossible to contact them ! They should be banned from doing business

I should have read reviews before buying from this site, I paid for my bras by 26 December today is 29 March I have not received anything, I have asked for my refund they keep on telling me to check with my local post office when there's no information that I can use to check with my post office @PayPal please assist with sites that have records of scams if you can, seems like this site is suspicious and scam give us a warning if you can to say site suspicious so we don't proceed with paying such if possible

This company is incompetent. They sent me the wrong size, damaged even and refuses to give me a refund. What a joke . Don’t buy from these people . I’m sure they also use other company names too to sell stuff. The packaging came from an individual not even the company. If anyone would like photos of the item I will be more than happy to send them.

I received items almost two months after ordering. There is blood on one of the items! It is extremely disgusting. The rest of the items are clearly not as describe on the website, but I would not want to try on anything from them again.
I contacted the customer service, after numerus emails, the best they can do is to refund this one item and I need to cover the return shipment cost myself. This is extremely upsetting. With this business model, they could mail any junk to anyone and then if a customer complain, they customer has to cover a shipment cost to get a refund. The company needs to be penalized for sending contaminated product to the customer!

It's one month ago now and I still have no valid tracking nummer. My first email is answered that I need more patience but after reading all these reviews I am afraid the website is a scam. I will try to get my money back via Paypal.....

Do not order from this company! I have an issue with an order and have now sent 5 emails over the last month with no response! I am now looking into how to report this to the Business Bureau!

Hi, I'm from Colombia, I made a purchase of two products and I still haven't received the report, but he only answers that it's on the way, I think I'm coming for the month. If I could give it 0 I would. Do NOT waste your time with this website! Absolutely Horrific customer service! They literally reply with the same message every time they “choose” to reply to my messages. They tell me to wait 15 MORE days after my order was a month ago. Truly the WORST!!!

I ordered two bras and after a couple of months they finally arrived. When I tried them on they do not fit at all. The cups are WAY too small. They cannot be worn. Customer service told me it was more than 10 days ko returns, which isn't true. I emailed them 3 times before I received a response and then they said it was past the 10 days. I responded to them that my first email was within the 10 days (which is horrible customer service to begin with), and that they should at the very least exchange. NO RESPONSE..........

I ordered 2 bras However the website charged me twice within 3 minutes when I realized I contacted them But according to customer service email Products had already been processed. Should have been a red flag right there. Didn’t receive what they call a bra til 2 months later. It came in packs that I can’t even read the language, Ordered 36dd ( doesn’t even fit on one breast) I asked for a refund multiple times Finally got a response They only refund damage goods! Well damage goods junk goods all the same! This site should be shut down. But it’s 3 different names I realized on my PayPal Ummmm

I ordered a bra through this company, then never received it. I received a USPS tracking number, but when I try to track it, the post office shows label created but no merchandise delivered to them. When I try to reach out to customer support, they claim they can't give refund because item already shipped. There is no number to call them. They took the money out of my account, but I will obviously never see the bra I ordered.

This is scam. I ordered 2 bras for over 4 months and never received them. All efforts to get my refund failed. They asked me to contact my local post office for my package.😳😳😳

I had erroneously written my shipping address from my home country and I asked for the change right away ( minutes after!) and they were reluctant to do it, even when I offered different options (extra payment from my part!). I will not receive it for sure.

It came with just one bra strap! I tried it on and it has no support, it felt awful and I hated it.
