I like their product, about a week ago I placed an order and the shipping info was vague. It looks like my package has been lost in the shuffle and they are not responding to me because they have shut down the phone lines and will not responding to my request. LAME
I have not received my order, which I placed in early December. I paid nearly $50 for shipping and it's now over a month later with no delivery. It's unacceptable that my order is missing, especially considering the high shipping cost and the unreliable service provided by USPS.
The shipping time was about 4days in the US. However the 20% vit c serum experience was terrible. First of all, the serum is like water literally. And the bottle isn’t designed to use a dropper so you pump it and the fluid is all over the place. Then the serum did not work! No form of brightening two months after use, instead I’ve gotten darker. This is a complete no for me!
I have made multiple purchases from Timelessha.com and overall I am very happy with their products and online user experience. They offer quality products and have excellent customer service. The reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because in my most recent purchase, a couple of items had stamped manufacture dates greater than 3 months, which is not the freshest when they say their serums have recommended shelf life of one year (much shorter for Vitamin C - 6 months).
