I recieved the wrong size. I returned it special delivery signed for.
Timeless tried to say they'd never recieved it back. Hence no refund. My husband works for royal mail and we produced the paperwork which showed it had been signed for. They then had to give me a refund .

Awful service. We paid 30 pounds and haven't received our t shirts for my little girls birthday in February. Very upset with them and they haven't given a refund, just stopped communication.

An update to last review of this company,still had no reply from emails or Instagram,no product arrived no refund given,so had to go through Mastercard to recover my refund,
Steer clear of this company and do not buy from them they rip you off,shouldn't be allowed to trade scumbags

Bought a serum from here and ended up with a rash and spots on my skin after using it. My skin was perfectly fine until I used this awful product. Overpriced garbage! Save your money and your skin by staying away from this company! I would really like my money back.
Always get my krave products from them and so far so good. Quite legit and very prompt shipping. It may cost a bit more than from the US but that's the cost of shipping. Got a free product too. No qualms here
I placed an order, the money got taken from my creditcard but I never received a confirmation that my order will be dispatched. I just did not hear from them at all and the order is non existent as in I have no log in info. Besides my creditcard proving that the money was taken.
Do NOT order dermarollers from them. I ordered a 1.0mm dermaroller and some of the needles were bent at the ends, which can damage the skin!
Had a good experience with this company. Things arrived quickly. Wasn't too expensive
The most abusive as any UK BIG businesses and fake products that they are making when you can buy products like this within half of the price anywhere else if you search the market!
