I’ve tried every brand out there!
Time Health are simply the best supplements I’ve purchased.
Quality-clean and natural products that actually work.
I’m recovering from Long Covid and time heath are helping me do so.
I’ve now got my father taking certain supplements from Time as well to help him maintain longevity and staying healthy.
Within one month he noticed the difference.
I can’t recommend time health enough.
I’m very happy I’ve found theses products that are helping me on this journey of Recovery.

I’ve had a very positive experience…

I’ve had a very positive experience with Time Health. The quality of their supplements really stands out—everything feels carefully formulated using superior ingredients, without unnecessary fillers or additives. It gives confidence that you’re getting a clean and well-researched product.

I also appreciate the transparency in their labelling and information, which makes it easy to understand exactly what you’re taking. On top of that, their delivery service is excellent—orders are processed quickly, well packaged, and arrive promptly.

Overall, a reliable company that combines quality, transparency, and efficient service. Highly recommended.

Very disappointing experience

I placed an order with Time Health specifically because they advertised 24-hour shipping and were a few pounds cheaper than Amazon. Despite ordering on Friday and sending two follow-up emails over the weekend to chase dispatch, the item wasn’t actually dispatched until the following Monday.

Although they acknowledged the delay, the responses felt generic, with no goodwill gesture or real effort made to address the inconvenience. They also incorrectly claimed Royal Mail do not deliver on Saturdays, despite the fact the item hadn’t even been dispatched at that point.

In the end, I had to purchase the same item again from Amazon because I needed it urgently (which arrived the same day), completely defeating the purpose of ordering from Time Health in the first place.

Misleading delivery expectations and poor customer service. I won’t be ordering from them again.

Unfortunately it seems there's been some confusion here.

We do not state a 24-hour shipping window anywhere on our website. What you may have seen is the name of the Royal Mail service "24 Tracked" which means Royal Mail aim to deliver within 24 hours Monday-Saturday upon receipt of the package.

Our shipping policy is same-day dispatch on orders placed before 1:30pm Monday-Friday with orders placed outside of this window shipping on the next working day. We received your order at 4:23pm on Friday, this was beyond the shipping cut off time and therefore it could not be dispatched until Monday as per our policy and as explained in the conversations had between yourself and our customer services team.
