I reached the $10 minimum for withdrawal and was immediately banned under a false claim of using a VPN. I sent proof and several messages to support, but they are ignoring me. It’s a scam to keep your hard-earned money. Terrible experience.

I am an honest user using timebucks longtime verified ID . Few days ago i try to withdraw my amount from timebucks, it suddenly appears Your account disabled with no reason. I don't use vpn or other things honestly working since longtime now few days ago i try to withdraw they disabled my account i am very needy person pay bills and rent house. When i try to contact support form green button at bottom, they rely that sorry, Your account shows disabled we dont do anything. leave our platform i lost my earning it almost $22. They use automated system ban my account and stealing my earning for themseleves. Please i need to get back my earned instead they dont let me use timebucks i am living rent house i need to amount . IF anyone can help please let me know. OR please timebucks to do manual review and fix it. I Requested and pray. Please help !

I had been using TimeBucks to complete surveys and earn small amounts online. Recently, my account was suddenly disabled for “survey fraud,” but I was not given any clear explanation or specific example of what I supposedly did wrong .

What’s even more frustrating is that there is no proper appeal process. I was not given a chance to defend myself or clarify any inconsistencies. As a genuine user, this feels unfair and unprofessional.

Survey disqualifications are already common on these platforms, but being permanently banned without transparency or communication is unacceptable.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious when investing time on this platform, as your account can be disabled without warning and without recourse.
I hope the company improves its review and appeal process to treat users more fairly.

Yes my experience was great even though I was being disqualified for some of the surveys, but nonetheless i appreciate what the company is doing and eager to learn more within your company.

my account got dissabled just as i reached my withdrawal limit this company is not fair at all they offer no appeal and explain nothing all the hard work i put in just gone like that

They claim they have a friendly customer service that replies right away. That is not the case. Most of the time, no one replies. And when they do, you wish they hadn’t. I came across the most rude and dehumanising customer service worker who wouldn’t help but resorted to childish bullying and harassment. They went as far as making fun of disabled people.

And it wasn’t that great a site to begin with. You’re lucky if you earn five dollars in a month even with daily activity. After fees, you’ll barely have anything left. 40 hours of filling out surveys etc per month for under 5 dollars? Not worth it.

Most surveys on the site aren’t safe to fill out. They require you to allow them to track you and sell your personal details to whomever they see fit. Even after that and filling out their surveys, you may not get the reward. The site doesn’t care.
