The parts were an exact fit for my 98 Pontiac bonniville. The parts did take an extra week to be shipped because of a back ordered part but they called me to tell me it was back ordered and were responsive with updates. I would definitely order from this place again.

Not happy with customer service. I bought the whole dual exhaust system and one of the connecting pipes was not able to connect because they were different sizes. I had to go to my local auto part store to get a reducer. That is not what I expect when I purchase the complete system from your store. I could not leave the car apart and stop in the middle of replacing the exhaust, find a box that will fit the one incorrect part and return the item to you, then have you send the correct part.
This all happened late Friday afternoon. I contacted your customer service Friday afternoon when I found the problem. I was told to send an e-mail and I did. Customer service answered me back Monday morning but by then I resolved the problem by purchasing a reducer at my local auto parts store.
Your solution to the problem was to offer me $16.00 for the parts I purchased. You did not even have the respect to offer gas money or anything for my lost time to drive to the store.

My perfect fitting part arrived quickly, and packaged very securely. Thank you so much!

I received everything indicated in the photo provided, undamaged, with very prompt shipping. The cat-back system appears to be of decent quality. It's quiet and fit as if it were factory original. Installation couldn't have been easier... Except, as indicated in the photo, there is a missing exhaust clamp with the system. It's NOT a complete cat-back system such as I purchased from Jegs for my pickup. To complete the installation I had to take a trip to the parts store to purchase a $3.00 exhaust clamp. Not such a big deal... But I live in the sticks! That cost about five bucks worth of gas and 45 minutes to procure the missing 2 inch clamp. Just saying.
