I saw a pile of advertisements for a drone on Snapchat. It wasn’t cheap but over $100.USD. It took forever to get it! At least 40-45 days.I finally received it it and it was defective. Very disappointing
I contacted them and they asked me to provide a video of the drone which I did and they told me they would replace it and they never did. They gave me a bogus tracking number and it never left China. 4 months later and nothing except lies. They have great advertising campaigns like the climbing roses but it’s all BS. DON’T TRUST THIS COMPANY!!

Avoid this company unless you want ripping off, I payed them money but never received any kind of confirmation or delivery schedule, even after sending them several emails about my concerns and asking them very politely to confirm my payment and asking for a delivery schedule, all my emails to their so called customer service support, every email i have sent them has gone unanswered even after i told them i would post a review of my very bad experience with them, they have just took my money and seem to now be non existant, and now believe they are a bogus site ripping people off, so DO NOT believe anything in their advertising, because i now believe they don't exist.
I ordered some seeds for a climbing rose and as they have failed to respond to any emails I will now do what i can to have all their advertising pulled down so good people can't fall for their scam

Have been patiently waiting for my order to arrive since ordering on 5.1.24. Received a “suspicious” looking email from someone unknown to me yesterday. Email stated that USPS doesn’t recognize my address and to click the link to resolve the delivery delay. I believe that the suspicious looking email is a scam so no way I am taking the bait! I am concerned that the product and my money are long gone! Don’t order anything from Timeatea unless you have money to burn!!
