Contacted Time4Diamonds to see if they could customise my 3 year old Rolex Datejust. Haroon was great and talked me through the options available to me, even sending me some mock ups of what the watch could look like with various changes to help me decide. I settled on a new diamond set bezel and diamond dial and was kept up to date through the whole process, with the watch delivered back to me exactly as and when promised.
The watch looks STUNNING...I have had so many compliments and people thinking it is a new, and far more expensive, watch. What a great, easy service!
All of the above was done over the phone and email as I live in the north and did not need to travel to the London office once.
I will def be back when the second facelift is due!!

Great service
Great service. Was looking for a Rolex Daytona which they sourced within 10 days. Kept me up to date with progress and shared pictures of the watch prior to purchase. Watch was shipped on a Friday and arrived before lunch on Saturday in perfect condition. Great customer service and able to source a watch I could not find directly via a Rolex dealer.

I asked T4D some questions about a AP they had online were answered! I had Live Photo’s emailed over soon after, I liked the watch... wired the funds received the watch next day with Royal Mail no problems what so ever ...this is why I have rated T4D 5 stars .... cheers Moshin!

SO PLEASED WITH MY WATCH
In November 2017 I bought a new 18ct Gold Rolex Daytona Watch from Time 4 Diamonds.
I was apprehensive to spend so much money online.
Being only 40 miles from where T4D offices are in London, I rang and arranged to buy and collect. My caution was totally unnecessary. Their offices were in a very smart luxurious block on the side of the Thames.
I was made very welcome and was attended to by Mohsin Chowdrey who was very knowledgeable and had my watch strap adjusted for me by there in house watchmaker.
I would most certainly recommend Time4Diamonds and would not hesitate to buy from them again.
I am so pleased with my watch!!!

I dealt with Mohsin who was excellent throughout. Bought my first AP and it was a great experience. Watch description was accurate and couldn't be beaten on price. I went to the office in London and they had a really good selection of watches in stock that physically see and try on. It was the first place that physically had the 3 watches I was considering. I agreed to buy the watch on the spot, wired funds and collected a couple of days later. I would definitely deal with them again and would have no problem recommending them to anyone.
