Overall Excellent - Highly Recommend!
Initial online communications could be improved as I received no reply by email or from leaving a live chat message, forcing me to try WhatsApp as a last resort, but this was responsive and very good.
My new watch is perfect and I'm very happy with the service after the initial contact issues.
I would recommend Time 4 Diamonds but would suggest contacting by WhatsApp if you are a serious buyer for direct communication.
Thanks again and I look forward to doing repeat business in the future.

I thought Time 4 Diamonds were absolutely fantastic. Their email communication to me was timely, accurate, polite, and professional. Because I had not dealt with them before, I requested that I visit their offices in London, which was easily arranged by appointment, with no hassle at all, and with a good amount of flexibility.
Their customer service was spot on, their stock was amazing, and their approach to purchase was very customer focused. I would definitely recommend them, and would have no hesitation in purchasing from them again, especially remotely and with confidence given the current situation.

Superb Service. Highly Recommended.
This was my first watch purchase with Time4Diamonds, so it was a little bit of the unknown.
However, I need not have worried. The service (Haroon) was superb. So much so, he want above and beyond in sorting out a replacement box.

Mickey Mouse Dial
The team at Time4Diamonds created a custom Mickey Mouse Dial for my Rolex Submariner two-tone. It came out AMAZING. The color blue was a perfect match to the original dial and I am constantly receiving compliments.
The Communications with Haroon and the rest of the team was excellent. They kept in contact with me from before I sent my watch in until I received it back and was satisfied.
If I could give ten stars I would.

I’ve used Time4 Diamonds for a new face…
I’ve used Time4 Diamonds for a new face on my Rolex Daytona Inverted 6, they were so easy to deal with and very Knowledgable, felt at ease straight from the start, they took time out of there busy schedule to ring me personally which I really appreciated.
I did a lot of research on different dials and there’s is of a real high quality I am so happy with it, and would highly recommend the company.
I do not normally do reviews but on this occasion thought it was necessary.
