Tried emailing them twice about a watch before I purchase and they obviously don't want to sell me one as no customer service at all which is a shame. I will go elsewhere and not bother them again.

I MADE my purchase a while back on ETSY, which got cancelled twice. Ellie was apologetic and said etsy some how cancelled 6 of her orders. I recieved a refund twice.
I then purchased on their website as I really liked this watch and wanted to give this to my fiance on our wedding day on 26th May. i personalised it, which i havent yet recieved a mock up design or any correspondence from them. i should have recieved the watch on 11th May, Which I haven't yet recieved.

I have tried to email, contact them through their website ( which you cant do), messaged through Etsy ect. Still nothing. I have requested a refund if my order will not be here on time.

so sad as the items you sell seem to be beautiful but I cant help buy think all your good reviews are fake

Awful customer service. Had issues with the product which the company said they would fix/replace. I sent the watch back and now 3 months down the line still don't have a replacement or any engagement from the company. They just ignore messages.

Terrible quality products and extremely poor customer service.

I bought one of their watches last year as a Christmas present for my husband. The watch arrived with the back completely detached. The issue was raised with the seller; they apologised and a new one was sent out. Once I gifted this watch to my husband of course the first thing he did was try to adjust it with the tool provided. The tool was horrendous. Extremely flimsy; simply not fit for purpose. I raised this issue with the seller who again apologised and sent out a replacement tool. A few months later, my husband noticed that the watch was full of condensation. He raised this with the company who (you guessed it) apologised and asked him to return the watch so they could take a look and either fix it or issue a replacement. The watch was returned; weeks went by and he hadn't heard anything. He chased the company only to get no response. He sent a further 4 messages before any response was received. They advised a replacement had been issued but perhaps stuck in transit. They also advised that they would raise a case with the courier and in the meantime, issue a replacement to avoid any further delay and frustration. Over a month later and there is still no sign of his replacement watch and funnily enough, no response to any of his messages.
We are now out of pocket and without the product.

Highly recommend that you AVOID this company.

I have to say that the watch was lovely. However the strap was so fragile that when resizing it to my wrist dimensions the pins that held the links together were so tight that, firstly, the pin removal tool broke all the replacement heads trying to remove them. When I finally managed to loosen the pins, they were still so tight that when pulled out, one of the non removal links broke...because...wood and weak. I contacted Timber Watches by email explaining the situation and sending photos of the issue, not asking for a free replacement or a refund, but just if they did a repair service....the one star is for not even bothering to reply. I gave you £120 you could at least give me some email assistance with your product. I might be just one customer and certainly wont make or break you, but I wont be shopping with you again.

Really nice looking watch,needed a new dress watch and this fitted the bill perfectly. Free engraving was a bonus and the price was extremely good value.

Second watch I buy from the company. They are beautiful and amazing quality. I have gifted my husband and my father and both have loved their gifts.

This is on Etsy and seller is TimbrWatches. It took me months to find the right gift for my son on his wedding day. It will already be an emotional day bc his father passed away right after retirement from law enforcement. His father passed down the love of watches, and thought this unusual watch would be a nice idea that includes a part of his father. The wedding is April 30. I purchased this weeks ago. The issue is the engraving. We went back and forth. I cut and paste what I wanted to say, got the font right. But never corrected the misspelled words a few times. It forever to for Ellie’s responses. Just now, she said there is not enough time to correct it, as of now bc the wedding is Friday. The 30th. The heartbreak is real. On top of not having my sons gift when we are to exchange our personal gifts. I’ve cried over this insult. I’m here to find a Hail Mary pass, you could help me with

I have now bought two of their watches and extremely impressed with the presentation, quality and the attention to detail. As a watch fanatic I have to say they are excellent value for money compared to some others on the market.
I would definitely recommend these watches.
