Beautiful wooden door
Beautiful door, so much nicer in looks than a PVC.
No breezy wind coming through like our old door, seems to score well on reducing outside noise too.
Fitters did an excellent job, plus very tidy, so thanks.

Delighted with our new door. The staff at the Saffron Walden showroom are excellent. Knowledgeable, patient when you ask lots of questions and know exactly what style of door and colour will suit your property. I rarely give 5 stars but this company's customer service, design and workmanship is superb. I particularly liked the fact that they have showrooms so that you can see their marvellous range.

Very pleased with Saffron Walden branch.
We are very pleased with our new front door, which is a Moorbank style with side panel and Kathedral glass, with monkey tail handles and a Shakespeare knocker. Rob Oxley at Saffron Walden guided us through the selection process so that we could choose the perfect style for our house. The installation went without a hitch and the fitters cleaned up nicely afterwards. The quality of the door and fittings is outstanding, and I'm sure that there will be no need to call on the warranty. All of our neighbours have said how nice our new door is! We would definitely recommend Timber Windows to anyone considering replacing their doors or windows.

Shall I or Shan't I?
The whole business of choosing a new door for an old house is not easy but Timber Windows were there all the way to help with suggestions and thoughts. The final product is excellent both in quality and appearance. Not cheap but worth it in the long run to have a company who take care of you, even after the last payment has been made.
