A Transformative New Front Door
We had great help in choosing our new door, glass & furniture and when we needed to delay installation it was no problem, we were accommodated at every step.
Installation was straightforward and we are very pleased with our choice of wonderful new door and Timber Windows.
Great staff too! A pleasure doing business.

They paid close attention to our needs, assisted us in refining the designs multiple times, and were very flexible in coordinating a suitable installation date. While we received quotes from various companies, Timber Window's exceptional communication, superior window quality, and comprehensive guarantee truly stood out. I must say, we were very impressed by the whole process from quoting, measuring and validating, through to installation.
Everyone was very professional, explained what they were doing, and the installers removed and replaced with the minimum of fuss, and the window looks perfect, just as if it was the original, but better of course.

Front door victorian terrace
We had been searching for a reputable (but not extortionate) company to install a new front door (plus side panels and glass) in our victorian terrace for years when my husband stumbled across one of timber windows essex's showrooms.
Our experience was excellent from start to finish, the post sales team took time to ensure everything was correct and the installation team were first rate. We are so happy with our new door & we couldn't fault any part of the process.

All the people who dealt with my order were well organised,friendly and very professional . I was kept informed of progress with my order with clear emails.The window is well made and the finished sash window looks very good. The fitters were thoughtful, extremely competent and left everything clean and tidy.

Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish. They really listened to our wishes, helped us tweak the final designs a few times, and were really accommodating with making sure the installation date worked for us. We had a few quotes from other companies but were most impressed with Timber Window’s communication, window quality, and guarantee.
The window installers were very professional and efficient and we are absolutely thrilled with our new windows.
Would highly recommend, and would definitely use again!
