Support also useless kept telling me theres just a delay, no there is no fukin delay the package was stopped because german motherfuk PUT CZECH ADRESS AND LAND AS GERMANY, NOW I WAIT FOR MY 300 EURO BACK AND GONNA BUY FROM STRAUSS

After a few months of use, the sole fell apart on my boots, made in Portugal, the sole is made of recycled plastic, therefore leather, a well-known brand, for trash...

I ordered boots from their German website. Boots arrived within a week with a defect. Yes, the boots that cost about 200 euros probably aren't checked before they are packed for you! I tried contacting the Customer Service several times with the form on their website---they haven't replied meaningfully (I even chatted with their American support team, no result). After a week I got email saying something like "hopefully you solved your issue, please reply to this email if your case is not solved yet otherwise we close your case." THAT'S IT!
Then, I called their phone line---no response, only "your call is very important for us... blabla" and so on for 15 minutes and more. I could've been wearing my new shoes already a week from then (it's pretty cold and wet right now in Berlin), but I'm just spending my time on sorting out this issue. And they
Please guys by all means consider buying another brand. In Germany, Timberland is not worth it.

Awful experience with shopping on their website. I had to contact the customer service several time to ask for a return label but no answer. Buy their products from other retailers not from them. Avoid!

We had three purchases that were over 200 euros. The next day they offer a 20% extra discount. My orders did not even arrive, and I asked them for a price adjustment. They refused and asked me to send all items back and order them again. One jacket for my boyfriend in his size was out of stock, so I couldn't send them back.

Nice service, letting your customer lost 26 euros instantly and with no respect to the time of your customer. This is how you lose your old customers. Never order again.

I have been ordering regularly items from Timberland since 2017. I have been never confronted with any problem with them. The delivery is fast, returning is also quite easy and promising. I have been even had more than 500 euro order and return at once, and all of them were issuing quite safely. Another, good experience with them, about amending about the poor quality of an item. They refund the whole amount of money for the poor quality of my boots.

Bought a gift for Christmas on Black Friday with the possibility of making the return by January 10. Unfortunatly I needed a size chante and i had to return the package and make a new order at full price with a difference of 200 euros. (leather jacket paid at 299 during black friday - full price 499). because timberland does not provide the possibility to replace the size or to buy the same item at the same price as the black friday! The costumer care offered me a15% discount code on the purchase of a new item ... and so I had to buy the same item again by spending 125 euros more and should I also thank ?! NEVER AGAIN!

Useless service. They are changing warehouses and not providing any updates to customers. Still have no news and shoes ordered over a week ago (3/5/2018). thanks Timberland, I will never be using your website again. Tchuss...
