Easy to use platform
Easy to use platform, makes checking purchase delivery times great. Few issues ove my time on the platform with messed up shipping labels and unable to swipe to buy. But this seems to have been sorted now
Not as good as WhatNot
Low engagement in the streams I’ve been in, and the hidden fees that get added on are frustrating. I think WhatNot is the better platform. Also the ‘max bid’ feature needs to be better - it should bid you up to that amount, not just go straight in.

Had an issue but it wasn’t down to Tilt, it was down to EVRI but Tilt deal with it and gave me a refund. Cannot Fault them hundred percent they are on their game.

Support is terrible
Have bought many things from this app, but November 2025 I purchased 3 pairs of trainers from a seller ( limitkickz) of which never arrived via Evri postage. I sent the email from Evri stating items deemed lost in their system which would process a refund via my buyers protection but NOTHING. I have sent many many emails via app to Tilt and seller but no support at all. I want my money back please for goods that was never received but paid for. I await a response

Bought a pair of Nike trainers from crep_cartel01 (should be crap cartel) paid for them immediately. However the seller cancelled the order as the ‘misread the size’ yet on the auction it was clear the size was as advertised. This was clearly a lie. Guys don’t start your auction at £1 if you have have no intention of selling them to the highest bidder, DONT BE DECEITFUL DONT BE A COWARD just set a reserve. I know I’m not the only buyer they’ve done this too. Just be honest and upfront.
Tried reporting it to Tilt to see the pattern this seller has, as I know this is a regular occurrence if they don’t get the price they want, TILT WERE NOT INTERESTED

Do not order off this app!! Its ok until you get a damaged item! No support what so ever. They dont refund your original delivery charge and expect you to pay to return damaged item! All against consumer law. Im in the process of doing a charge back through my bank. AVOID! use What Not instead excellent customer service on there and better sellers.
