One of a kind pos that does pretty much everything!

-takes a little time to work everything out
-requires a new-ish ipad

I needed a new point of sale after being massively overcharged by the last company that I used and came across TillPoint. They've been great, no reservations at all and I have already begun recommending them to others.

Its very good in terms of the features and the buttons and the customization. I spoke to Ben at tillpoint on the phone and multi languages is coming which i am happy about and will make it easier for my employees. Happy and satisfied...

Pretty nifty little epos with lots of options and features. The service team seem quite helpful although I didn't really need any. No complaints here!

nice pos & knowledgable staff - 10/10

The customer service has really be excellent and its the reason I'm posting this review (I never usually bother). POS itself is fantastic and the support I've received is far better than my previous EPOS provider.

Nice application and the support workers and help center are very useful. The only constructive criticism I have is I would like to hide some buttons I do not use. Complaining for too much is definitely a first world problem!!

i have never use a electronic pos before i used to just a normal cash till. very happy with tillpoint it does lots and looks good in my store

I've been using Tillpoint for my small boutique, and I have to say, the app is fantatsic. It has so many buttons and features, so it took an afternoon to get the hang of everything, (and if I can do it anyone can!). If I'm honest the app has a lot more than I currently need, but it's nice to know that if I ever need to use the other pages - I can (eg. the staff part).

I have had a very positive experience with Tillpoint so far. My other system was good however the customer service was terrible! I inquired about getting something new and the customer support were great (Ben). They helped me get set up and even helped me customise everything to my liking. 5 stars!!

It's an excellent POS system and has options for everything - I'm going to begin using the staff section soon aswell to manage timesheets and set sales targets. Very happy with the system and the customer service has been phenomenal!

It's a great management system but I had to buy newer ipads for it to work properly and quickly. It is a big app, so not that surprising. Customer service was helpful.

I have been using the system for around 6 weeks now and I have to say I am impressed. It covers everything and more and I have had nothing but good things to say about the customer service. 5 stars!

It is a very well-thought out point of sale system with a great deal of pages. I haven't seen an app this big before!

The app is very detailed with an enormous amount of options. They have provided lots of ways for me to organise all my inventory items and services which is very handy. No issues so far!!!

The system is very useful and I got the hang of it quite quickly and so did my staff. The only thing I would say is that there are more options than I need. Other than that it is a superb system.

Wonderful experience with their customer service team - the reason i'm leaving a review. I wasn't sure how to connect the receipt printer so I called them. They walked me through setting it up and how to customise how my receipts look after being printed - I have my logo on there now! Thank you Tillpoint.
