I love a little visit to Tilley and Grace in Aldeburgh. The staff are always so pleasant and helpful. I really like the layout of the store with all the clothes displayed in colours. Very reasonable pricing so easy to buy a colour matching outfit.

The people in T&G are always friendly and welcoming even if you are just browsing. They are never pushy and really helpful.
I always pop in when they have a sale as you will always find something to buy!
They have a good buyer with a good eye and the shop is SO colourful it cheers you up just walking inside!

Always visit Tilley and Grace when on holiday in Holt ..lovely friendly staff always give advice and so helpful ...it doesn't matter if its jewelry bags or clothes nothing to much trouble and I always leave with a purchase .

It was a lovely experience visiting the Woodbridge shop in Suffolk; the service was friendly and made us feel very welcome. The dress and long blue cardigan we bought are of excellent quality and the array of designs and fabrics definitely in the shop are very different from other shops around. I highly recommend.

I’m not sure if my review ‘sent’ so redoing it again.
I ordered 3 dresses on-line. I needed to return one. I decided to make a trip to Aldeburgh. It’s 2 hour drive from me, but I like it there, and the Tilly and Grace shop. When I returned the dress, there was a problem with my pink points, as I had started a new order, and put my points in the baskets. In the Tilly and Grace store in Aldeburgh, I picked up 7 more sale items to buy. The assistant was lovely, she told me to go and have some lunch, and she would sort out my problem, so that I could use 10% of my purchases. She did that for me. I didn’t take her name. I’ve been served by everyone in the store before. They are all lovely, they let me take my time, give comments on clothes I’m trying on, and suggestions. I go on a lot of cruises, I’ve now refreshed my cruise wardrobe. 7 outfits in store, and 4 outfits on-line. I even have a lot of my cruise friends buying from Tilly and Grace, as they always compliment me on what I’m wearing.

Came across this lovely shop whilst visiting Holt. The sales ladies were extremely helpful and friendly and helped me pick out several items which I love .
Great variety of lovely clothes and accessories and I love the items I chose.
So much so when I returned home to Scotland I went on line and ordered a couple more tops.

Absolutely LOVE Tilley and Grace, stumbled upon it in Holt on iur Holiday to Norfolk last week, Vicky the salesperson was fantastic and we had a lovely chat whilst I loked through all of the beautiful clothes. I came away with 2 cotton and linen mix tops, ones in pale denim and one in pale pink, I could have chosen about 10 more items! When the blue top had a manufacturing mark on it I took it back and Sally in the shop was very helpful. As was Customer Services who have shipped me a new top to my Home address. 10/10 and my new favourite shop!

Found this lovely store in Southwold only to find there was a store under my nose in Aldeburgh where we were staying!
After such a fantastic experience in Southwold, where the lady was so lovely and helped me find a lovely selection of clothes, I simply had to visit the Aldeburgh store a few days later.
Both shops were fab, the sales ladies were delightful and the care with which the clothes were wrapped and handed over just made everything that little bit more special.
I will definitely be returning on my next visit to Suffolk and I’m sure I’ll be looking regularly at the website in between too!!

Colourful little boutique in Southwold selling clothes and accessories. I bought two jumpers (a week apart because I liked the first one so much I went and got another in a different colour). The clothes are relatively well priced, and easy to wear. The staff are always friendly, and helpful without being pushy. I pass by often and always pop in- there is never any pressure to buy, which I appreciate.

Always a joy to enter the shop, friendly greeting from the staff ready to suggest and advise without pressurising the customer. It’s why we always call in when we are in Woodbridge. Always there will be something new and unusual. Marion Rowe.

Love the Woodbridge store the girls who work there are very friendly and helpful and always recognize me when I come into the store ! They give me a lot of advice of how to put the pieces of clothing together what colours would look good on me ! Always a pleasure to go into that store and am always satisfied with my purchases
