We required some extra tiles to complete an already 90% complete job. The order was placed and dispatched as promised and delivered on the deadline requested. As a result we had no down time and the job is now complete. My only criticism is the delivery cost on small orders. However all said and done a great service delivered as promised.

Really happy with the stone cladding I ordered the finish is outstanding everyone had mentioned how nice its looking. Glad I found Tilezone thanks .

Had an issue with lots of the floor tiles being bowed, sent photos of the bow in the tiles and was informed that they would get back to me, I had to have the tiles layed has was on a tight schedule due to kitchen being fitted and the tiler was fully booked, looks great but not perfect due to the slight curve in the tiles, couldn't send them back but was at least expecting a reply and a slight discount but they never got back to me even after more phone calls, wouldn't use this company again. Excellent range, speedy delivery and high quality products. Managed to get the tiles on sale too! Even our tiler commented on the quality of the tiles.

Make sure, you do not sign on delivery without checking tiles. On delivery guy just asked me to sing, which i did without thinking that there will be a problem. How wrong i was. Cought the driver on his way, said there is broken tiles, he just said contact company (bare in mind we paid £60 for delivery alone) after contacting tile zone, they asking us to use it for cuts etc, we paid for full tiles not cuts. They wont replace or refund( even if they refund you still have to pay £55 for delivery for 2 boxes, not the fact you will receive not broken ones) absolute joke, not a company. Wouldnt bother with them again

Great service & good price for the tiles I bought which were not available everywhere. Being able to buy the tiles & then give a date in the future for delivery was wonderful, as I had nowhere to store them but needed to know that I had them. Well packed & delivered.

Gorgeous tiles & express delivery for my bathroom refurb. Tilezone easy to contact by phone & email re the beautiful tiles I'd seen elsewhere but were out of stock everywhere - almost! Amazing delivery within 24hours of ordering just before Easter weekend. Highly recommend for product and service.

I had a great experience with this company. The tiles were both better and a super price (close to half!!!) compared to another retailer. They were delivered on a polystyrene pad on the crate and none were broken. The tiles look great up on the wall and post install questions around sealing them were answered quickly. Thanks

We ordered for the first time using this company in January 2022. We received a sample and placed our order. Delivered on the date promised. All good. Would definitely use them again

Make sure you get same design & colour of your purchase.
I paid for next day delivery but received it after 3 days.
& Received a broken tile
