I love your website. Design is very functional and intuitive. I mentioned this even to my friends how impressed I was. Space for improvement: Payment process was for me a bit confusing. First order delivered to country A ($). Next order delivered to country B (euro). That led to a few unclear situations in the UI.

Another thing: I would welcome more information about the delivery process on your website. For example, I needed to be sure that my contractor will be notified about delivery at least 24 hours ahead of time, since he works on more projects. Eventually, it all worked well, but between the payment and delivery there were moments when I didn't know what to expect. I felt responsible to provide info for my contractor in order not to waste his time but I wasn't sure... I did contact your customer support who was instrumental and helpful (thank you again). Because of time zones there were always delays. I am sure I annoyed them with my frequent questions. If there was more info on your website, it could have been prevented. This is a cargo delivery (a ton). People like me, who don't do this often (first timer), don't know what to expect.

The website is fantastic in general, but the team really shined with their communication. Everything worked seamlessly, and they were there every step of the way and very supportive when there were delays! Highly recommend working with Tile.Expert!
